The PCA (Personality Competence Analytics) System

Waterville's proprietary Personality Competence Analytics (PCA™) system assesses an individual's personality characteristics and probes innate motivations to measure job success potential and identify developmental needs.

PCA™ Assessment
The main questionnaire, in English, Chinese, and French, consists of simple questions and brief answer choices, and takes about 30 minutes to complete. Waterville advisors evaluate the results from the PCA™ assessment using analytical tools that are culturally conditioned and customized to the specific identities of the company, the job, and the individual subject.

PCA™ Analytical Report
The PCA™ Report presents the results of psychometric profiling designed to characterize and provide an objective and in-depth view of an individual's personality traits and potential behavioral competencies. From entry level employees to senior executives, the information summarized in this report helps people leverage their potential to excel in their positions and to more effectively cooperate with team members.

PCA™ Consultative Reviews
A highly valuable component of the PCA™ System is the consultative discussion with a Waterville advisor. There are several types of consultative reviews:
- Hiring/Promotion Reviews: Waterville advises on hiring/promotion decisions
- Managerial Reviews: Discussion with supervising manager
- Development Reviews: Review with employee him/herself
- Group Reviews: Interactive exercises involving team members
- Extended Coaching: Follow-on reviews for personal adjustment and development
