Career Development Center
Waterville has created a unique career development center model to help students address their two main issues: "What kinds of jobs should I be looking for" and "How can I find the right job?" The program follows the 4 golden rules:

1. Re-discover your advantages: Strengths, limitations, gaps, background
2. Design perfect jobs: Responsibilities, activities, competencies, KPIs
3. Picture yourself in ideal positions: Industry, company, economic model, values and culture
4. Build a game plan: Research, resources, readiness, results
