The CDH™ (Career Development Heuristics) System

The Waterville CDH™ system provides heuristic guidance to career planning by integrating personal interests to personality competencies revealed by the PCA™ assessment. Such information allows for better and more sensible job decisions and maximizes success potential by highlighting areas of career growth where individual strengths dovetail with personal happiness.

The CDH™ Questionnaire and Analytical Report
The Waterville Career Orientation Analysis presents the results of career development path analysis, using the Career Development Heuristics (CDH™) and Personality Competence Analytics (PCA™) systems. The purpose of this analysis is to provide a comprehensive and objective understanding of an individual's work interests and personality attributes, so as to explore job areas where personality strengths are more likely matched to occupational preferences. There are four sections in this report

  • Career Path Orientation Analysis
  • Personality Profile
