	Terms of use The decision to utilize the services of Waterville Inc. is voluntary, and this statement should be read carefully by all persons seeking to utilize such services. Any person who chooses to use the services of Waterville Inc., (hereinafter "user") may at any time discontinue such services. A user of Waterville Inc., whether directly or indirectly, shall be deemed to understand and accept all Waterville Inc. terms and conditions. This Waterville Inc. assessment meets current international standards, and should be used only as a reference tool for human resources purposes, such as hiring, promotion, etc., in conjunction with other tools, such as face to face interviews, references, etc. All information provided to Waterville Inc. shall be kept confidential, unless: (1) expressly required by law to be disclosed; (2) disclosed at the request of the user; (3) it is disclosed to any appropriate school, government, parent or guardian for public safety reasons. To prevent unlawful disclosures, maintain or upgrade the website, or due to a network or hardware problem, the Waterville Inc. website may from time to time be unavailable to the public. Neither Waterville Inc. nor its employees, consultants nor assigns, is responsible or liable for: (1) any legal action or financial loss due to the misuse of this assessment; (2) any losses or problems that may arise during the time that the Waterville website is unavailable to the public; (3) any assessment which the applicant finds unsatisfactory or inaccurate; (4) personal views, consultation or advice provided to the user; (5) the disclosure of information as required by law; (6) the disclosure of information which has been provided to the user which the user themselves discloses; (7) the disclosure of information, or consequences there from, which occur due to fraud or theft, including computer viruses and hackers; (8) any actions of the user which violate the law; (9) services provided outside the authorized services of Waterville Inc. All issues not expressly addressed in this disclaimer shall be covered by the laws of People's Republic of China. Should any portion of this disclaimer by in conflict with the law the People's Republic of China, the latter shall prevail. Waterville Inc. reserves the right to revise, update or rescind this disclaimer at any time.
